Payment Policies and rules:

- The booking includes overnight stay only, without additional services;
- The kitchen's usage is allowed only when the whole apartment is booked by the same person;
- It's requested a telephone number during the reservation;
- All guests have to provide passport or valid ID for the registration;
- Pets are not allowed;
- Smoking is not allowed and the property will request a refund of Eur 100.00 in case the rule is not respected;
- parties and/or events are not allowed;
- Guests under 18 years old are not allowed unless accompanied by parents;
- It's requested the maximum respect for other guests, reducing noises at night, as much as possible;
- Check-in from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm;
- Check-out until 10:00 am;
- This property has reduced reception and service operating hours;
- The price doesn't include the tourist tax, equal to Eur 2.50 person/day;
- Cancellation fee is equal to 100% within 7 days from the check-in date.
